Program Overview

All Xavier-Tulane GSP students are invited to participate in all opportunities offered by the program. Field trips, educational events, and social events, are all planned and carried out jointly. Students at Xavier may enroll in any Tulane GSP courses, and students at Tulane may enroll in any Xavier GSP courses. Paid internship and volunteer opportunities with partner organizations are emailed out to all Gulf Scholars as they arise.

For a student to complete the Gulf Scholars Program, they must meet the Xavier or Tulane-specific guidelines—each university has its own requirements for completion of the Gulf Scholars Program.
