I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and I am currently a sophomore majoring in Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University. In the Khismatullin Lab, my research focuses on blood coagulation and the detection of direct anticoagulants using acoustic tweezing techniques. My work specifically uses i-QATT to assess how anticoagulants and their reversal agents influence clotting dynamics in blood samples. Our goal is to advance tools for more precise and rapid assessment of coagulation in clinical settings.
In my spare time, I love learning languages, making charcuterie boards, playing badminton and tennis, and going on long walks. I am also an escape room enthusiast who is always up for a good challenge!"
